SMS (which information is set out under the terms and conditions) operates this mobile application (“Mobile Application”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) informs you of SMS’ policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information received from the users of the Mobile Application.

SMS uses your personal information only for providing you with a personalized experience, improving the application the Mobile Application and the customer services related thereto, processing your requested transactions, sending periodic emails. By using the Mobile Application, you agree to SMS’ collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy which is prepared in accordance with applicable Lebanese laws.

1. Information Collection and Use:

While using the Mobile Application, you may be asked to provide SMS with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, date of birth, phone number, email, location and profession (the "Personal Information").

Your Personal Information, whether private or public, will not be sold, exchanged transferred or given to any other person or company for any reason whatsoever without your prior consent, other than for the express purpose of performing the services requested.

2. Log Data

Like many application and website operators, SMS collects information that your phone or browser sends whenever you visit the Mobile Application or related Services ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your device’s (phone, computer or other) Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, application/browser version, the webpages of the Services you use, the time and date of your use of the Mobile Application, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, SMS may use third party services in order to monitor and analyze your Log Data for the purposes set out herein.

3. Communications

SMS may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.

4. Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your connected device’s hard drive (whether phone, computer or other).

Like many applications and websites, the Mobile Application may use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the services.

5. Security

The security of your personal information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and cannot, to the furthest extent possible by the Lebanese law, be held liable for any breach in security that may occur.

6. Amendment of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of registration onto the Mobile Application and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately upon it being posted on the Application.

SMS reserves the right to update or change its Privacy Policy at any time, and at its own discretion, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically as available in CORAL app. Your continued use of the Mobile Application after modifications to the Privacy Policy are made will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If any material changes to this Privacy Policy are made, SMS will notify you either through the email address you have provided it with at your registration therein, or by placing a prominent notice within the application itself.

7. Third party links

The Mobile Application may present third party links, including but not limited to advertisements of third-party companies. The aforementioned third-party links and advertisements may use information (to the exception of your name, address, email address and telephone number) of your use of the Mobile in order to provide you with personalized content.

8. Entire agreement

The Privacy Policy forms and integral part of SMS’ general terms and conditions and all other relevant documents issued by SMS constitute the entire agreement between SMS and the User in relation to his use of the mobile Application.
